The magic of Katmai National Park, Brooks Fall.
It doesn’t matter how many Youtube videos you watch, how many facebook pages you follow, other people’s pictures you look at, or stories you hear other people tell…. nothing describes how amazing it is to be at Brooks Falls in Katmai National Park.
On our second day at Katmai, we hired a river guide to take us down into the water so we could see the bears at their level. Even with the rain that turned torrential, it was incredible. In this group are some of 708 “Amelia” and her 3 cubs, and 910, 910jr and 909jr.

These are the pictures from our 3rd day at Brooks Lodge. We did a lot of walking and were lucky enough to see the famous 480 “Otis” along with 430 “Holly”
